LSA oil was originally developed for the M16 rifle by the US military. It is a semifluid, all weather lubricant with a synthetic base and a lithium stearate thickener. This formula provides oxidation and corrosion resistance and provides rust protection. Made under strict MIL-L-4600 standard, for automatic weapons operation within a temperature range of -65 to +260 degrees F.
