A High Speed Gear H-Harness is included so you can wear your chest platform, and the shape of the harness provides better support over an X-shaped back harness found on many chest rigs. Hook-lined straps on this chest platform allow it to be quickly installed to an HSGI plate carrier or other plate carriers which have loop adhesive.
