The right mount for a reasonable price
I was wanting to mount an optic on my CETME .308 rifle. I purchased one from another website for less money and I received a lesser quality mount. This is robust and ready to handle the recoil of the rifle. It mounts attaches to the receiver in a very straight forward manner. Reading the directions with this item a time or two is highly recommended. This mount will allow you to keep the rear sight in place, the other one didn't. This comes pretty complete unless you are one that believes in using thread locking adhesives.

I really like this mount.
I really like this mount. It took some time to figure out how to properly put the mount onto my rifle, but once I got the hang of it, it has fit snuggly on my rifle ever since. I highly recommend this mount for anyone with a G3/HK-91/PTR-91 type rifle.

I put this mount on a C.E
I put this mount on a C.E.T.M.E. and it worked out after a bit of fitting. The instructions that came with the mount said to install the mount with the clamp knob on the left. So I did and found out when I bore sighted the rifle there was not enough right adjustment to line up the crosshairs. After looking at the mount on the gun it was clear it sat to the left of center. Turning the mount so the knob was on the right fixed it and then the bore sighting went well. I put a Vortex scope on the rifle to start with but could not get enough eye relief and had to install a Sightron instead. That could be my problem and not the mount.After getting these issues fixed I got the rifle sighted in and shoot around 40 rounds through it and then checked the screws as per the instructions and it was still tight. This is a robust mount that should hold up well and I am pleased with it. I recommend this mount for a C.E.T.M.E. rifle.

Bought this for my .308 C
Bought this for my .308 CETME assault rifle and was able to attach with ease, the main knob clamps it and two small allen screws are used to take up any slack and wiggle. I was able to zero my scope today lickety split. It's tall enough that you can use the iron sights with it in place. I gave it 4 bullets b/c it was suppose to come with 1' scope rings and it didn't. My scope is picatinny ready so I don't need them, but... I highly recommend this product.
