It includes an ergonomic finger groove grip provides extra stability, a stabilizing arm brace, is an ambidextrous system, and the top picatinny rail allows for sights or optics.The Gen 2 upgrades include a new extended stabilizer that allows you to shoot while the arm brace is in the folded position. Also, it features a more robust charging handle, has an aluminum picatinny rail on top, and they added a magazine catch/release button to the spare magazine holder.

Will this fit a XDM 40 caliber 3.8?

Will this fit the XD tactical. 40 with 5" barrel?

Will this fit an XD9 4" service model?

No this will not fit the XD9. This is designed for XD models chambered in .45acp or 10mm.
Will this fit on an XDS 3.3 9mm?

It will fit the 3.8" and 4.5" models but not the 5.25" model.
I have a springfield xd 45 service model with a thumb safety. Will the thumb safety cause this to not fit or will it be fine?

Command Arms does not specifically state that this item is not compatible with a manual thumb safety lever, however, thumb safety levers do interfere with other models they make, so it may interfere with fitment. If it does not fit, this is a returnable item.
WIll this fit the XD-M 9mm?

Do you need to chamber a round before inserting pistol or is there a way to rack one while it is in the kit?
