The Daniel Defense 7.62 Lite Rail features the innovative "Bolt up System" that allows the handguard and the rifle to have an uninterrupted "monolithic" upper rail. This feature is not only the basis for integrating with the upper receiver’s picatinny rail, but it is also the design element that allows the barrel to be free floated for greater improved accuracy.
The 7.62 Lite Handguard System was designed to be light weight and strong, dissipate heat quickly, feel like a traditional oval forearm, and lock to the upper receiver to prevent spin. Includes three black ladder rail covers.
